How do I care for my candle?
Every RIA candle comes with a care card explaining the best way to use it. We recommend trimming the wick before each burn, allowing the wax to melt evenly especially during the first burn, limiting each burn to no more than 4 hours, and never leaving the candle unattended.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 days within Jeddah and 5–7 days to other regions.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Due to the nature of RIA products, used products cannot be exchanged or returned. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us so we can review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
Can I customize the favors?
